ARTICLE 1 - RETURNS

Our return policy lasts 30 days from receipt of the product, so you have this time to return your items to us. If more than 30 days have passed since receipt of the product, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.


PLEASE NOTE, for your return to be valid, it is imperative that:

1) The products are intact and unworn,

2) The original bag,

3) Labels are always on the products,

4) If a gift was included in your package during a special operation, it must also be returned.

If one or more of these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse your refund. We will therefore reship your products to you at your expense (flat rate of €5.99) or offer you a credit for the amount of your order from which we will have deducted the costs of restoring the products.


To make your return, here is the return form to insert in your package.


ARTICLE 2 - REIMBURSEMENT (IF APPLICABLE)


Once your product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is validated, we will proceed with it as quickly as possible with the exception of delivery costs. In the event that you benefit from free delivery because the order amount is greater than €69, a flat rate of €4.99 or €6.99 will be deducted depending on the delivery method chosen.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


ARTICLE 3 - ABSENCE OR DELAY IN REIMBURSEMENT (IF APPLICABLE)


If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check with your bank. There are often processing delays beyond our control.
